These terms cover your use of theevrydywknd.com and our Red Mic Sessions program. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our content

The shows, videos, logos, designs and writing on this site belong to theEVRYDYWKND or the people we work with. You're welcome to watch, share links and repost our clips with credit. Please don't download, re-upload or sell our content as your own, or use our name or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no spamming our forms, submitting someone else's information, trying to break or overload the site, or using it for anything illegal.

Red Mic Sessions

• Applying: submitting an application doesn't guarantee a session. We review every application and choose artists at our discretion.
• Your music: you confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you perform, including the instrumental, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• Release: approved artists sign a separate release before the shoot. That release controls how we can use the footage of your session.
• Payment: approved artists receive a private checkout link. Sessions are purchased through our store, operated by Fourthwall as merchant of record, and your booking link is emailed right after payment. The checkout link is for the approved artist only; purchases by anyone not approved will be refunded.
• Rescheduling: you can reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Email contact@theevrydywknd.com.
• Cancellations and refunds: session fees are non-refundable once your session is booked, unless we cancel. If we have to cancel and can't reschedule, you'll get a full refund.
• No-shows: if you miss your session without 48 hours' notice, the fee is forfeited.
• Conduct: we can end a session without a refund for unsafe, abusive or illegal behavior at the studio.

Merch

Merch purchases happen on our store at shop.theevrydywknd.com, which is operated by Fourthwall as merchant of record. Those purchases are governed by the store's own terms. See Shipping & Returns for a summary.

Links to other sites

We link to YouTube, RedCircle, social platforms and our store. We're not responsible for their content or policies.

No warranties

The site and our content are provided "as is." Opinions shared on our shows are the hosts' and guests' own. We do our best to keep things accurate and online, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, theEVRYDYWKND isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site. For Red Mic Sessions, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
