Our merch is sold and shipped through our store at shop.theevrydywknd.com, operated by our merchandising partner Fourthwall. The store's Returns & FAQ page is the official policy for every order. Here's the short version.
Made to order
Every item is made when you order it, just for you. That keeps waste down and lets us drop new designs without overstocking.
Shipping
- Your order goes into production shortly after you place it, then ships. You'll get a confirmation email and tracking info once it's on the way.
- Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties or customs fees. Depending on your location, these are either collected at checkout or charged on delivery.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Use the link in your order confirmation email. You can edit your order for a short time after placing it, until it goes into production.
Returns and refunds
- Quality guaranteed: if there's a print error, defect or damage, we'll replace or refund it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, taken on a flat, well-lit surface.
- Sizing and change-of-mind returns: because everything is made to order, we don't accept general or sizing returns unless your local consumer laws require it. Check the size chart on each product before ordering.
- EU, EEA and UK customers: you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. See the store's Returns & FAQ page for how.
- Refund timing: approved refunds return to PayPal within about 24 business hours, or to your card within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
