theEVRYDYWKND ("we," "us") runs theevrydywknd.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to run the network, and we never sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Newsletter signups: your email address, when you join our list.
• Red Mic Sessions applications: your artist name, legal name, email, phone number, social handle, city, links to your music and anything else you choose to tell us in the form.
• Session payments: if you're approved and pay for a session, checkout is handled by Fourthwall, our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number.
• Session scheduling: when you book a time, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time.
• Basic site data: our host may log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

• To send the newsletter you signed up for: new episodes, Red Mic Sessions drops and merch releases.
• To review Red Mic Sessions applications and contact you about your session.
• To process payments and schedule sessions.
• To keep the site secure and understand how it's used.

Who we share it with

We use trusted services to run the site. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy:

• Netlify hosts this site and receives Red Mic Sessions applications.
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) manages our email list.
• Calendly handles session scheduling.
• YouTube plays the embedded Bassline episodes. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, but YouTube may set cookies once you press play.
• Fourthwall runs our merch store at shop.theevrydywknd.com and processes Red Mic Sessions payments. Those purchases are covered by Fourthwall's own privacy policy.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share information if required by law.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded content (like YouTube) and the services above may set their own cookies when you use them.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of any newsletter.
• Access or delete your data: email contact@theevrydywknd.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or limit the use of your information. Email us to use them.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. We keep applications and session records for as long as needed to run Red Mic Sessions and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Kids

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Artists under 18 need a parent or guardian to apply on their behalf.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
